What is NCBA in full?
Our name is not an acronym for anything but a promise for a better bank because we have combined the best of both CBA and NIC.
Can I still continue using my cheque book?
Yes, you will continue to use your current cheque book. Your new branded cheque book will be issued to you within six months. Appropriate notices will be issued to you when they will be ready for collection
Will I have access to the same banking services as before?
Yes, you will have access to the same if not more services as you have been enjoying now.
Which contacts (telephone and email) and social media handles can I use for my queries?
You will be able to reach us through any of our existing social media handles and contacts. The new contacts that you can reach us on are contact@ncbagroup.com or contact centre on +250788149555, +250788148500.
Will I enjoy the same banking hours that I have been enjoying?
Yes, banking hours will remain the same as per the current branch opening hours. Should there be any changes, we shall advise you appropriately.
Will the SWIFT code change?
No. For international transactions, the SWIFT Code remains CBAFKENX. For local transactions, it remains CBAFRWRWRW.
Will MoneyGram and Western Union transfers services still be available?
Yes, the money transfer services will still be available.
Are you going to serve clients who have accounts in Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania in Rwanda?
Yes. We will serve our regional customers.
